Can anyone force windows 7 X64 to accept Adaptec AHA SCSI card?

I have a scsi card I just installed for my computer and nothing works, so thought id give this a try, but don’t know what to do really. If anyone is interested just let me know.

Does not addaptec for me on Windows 10 64bit system. On the download, there are three files. No matter what, I always get “Code 10 this device will not start” and my old Relisys large transparency scanner does not move! First thing I would do is look in device manager, the system kept adding the SCSI card I think as a drive controller, the wrong type of device and so cuasing the Code Hope it works for me also.

To Phil Harrisson I am in the same situation as you were prior to July 30th. OMG – I also tried this – after evenutally find the drivers online as stated above – this worked me as well and the SCSI controller installed without any issue and I can now see my scsi drives.

I have uninstalled this device but Device Manager keeps picking it up as new hardware. Not only did I have to uninstall the driver and start over, I had to remove the driver from the DriverStore folder using pnputil per the instructions at the following link: I can now clear the disks on my old SCSI servers so they can be asaptec.
